Chinese Takeaway Style Noodles (Plain)

Ingredients
- Dried Egg Noodles
- Vegetable oil
- Dark Soy Sauce
- Light Soy Sauce
- Chinese Takeaway Seasoning
- Optional: Sesame Oil
Instructions
- Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
- Add your Dried Egg Noodles. Wait until the water starts to boil again and wait 3-4 mins.
- Drain your noodles in a sieve/colander. Leave them to dry for a minimum of 10 mins.
- Heat a wok (or frying pan) over a stove. Add your oil of choice, and heat it until very hot and almost smoking.
- Add your noodles to the wok (or frying pan) and leave them for 30 seconds. Add Dark Soy Sauce, Light Soy Sauce and Chinese Takeaway Seasoning to taste. Mix for 5 seconds.
- After mixing, leave the noodles for 30 seconds once again. Then mix for 5 seconds. Repeat this process for 3-4 minutes or until your noodles are cooked.
- Finish with sesame oil as you turn the stove off. Mix well.
